Support for Design Team Formation
We support organizations in establishing, facilitating, and sustaining successful collaborative design teams. We help groups build team vision, goals, and expectations, and we offer guidance in establishing team roles and expectations, and fostering participation.
School Improvement
We support organizations in acquiring explicit skills and developing individual and collective dispositions towards continuous learning and improvement. We work with organizations both on issues of climate and on the technical aspects of instruction, teaching, and learning.
Evaluation Services
We serve as evaluation partners in building formative and summative evaluation plans.
